<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication instruction system enabling sharing of a map and handwritten data among terminals by directly manually inputting communication content onto the map. <P>SOLUTION: A headquarter terminal 1 disposed in a command headquarter that receives a report from a reporter includes: a map terminal 8 for reading map data 2 and inputting an incident occurrence point on a map, the point related to the report, and inputting handwritten data to the map; and a case terminal 9 inputting a text and handwritten data. Further, the configuration includes: the map terminal 8 which converts the coordinate of the input handwritten data into the coordinate of the map to send the converted data to a server 3; the case terminal 9 which transmits the input text and handwritten data to the server 3; and the server 3 which accumulates these pieces of data as report data 4, and transmits the report data to a command destination terminal 6 incorporated in an emergency vehicle and the like via a network 5 so as to notify a person-in-charge by displaying the report data on the command destination terminal 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
