This solid-state imaging device is provided with a pixel block (100) in which multiple pixels (110) are arranged in a matrix, multiple vertical common signal lines (134) disposed for each pixel column and for reading the signal from the corresponding pixel (110), and a column-constant current source (102) for supplying a current to the vertical common signal lines (134), wherein the column-constant current source (102) is provided with multiple load transistors (222) of which one of the terminals from among the source terminal and the drain terminal is connected to the vertical common signal lines (134) while the other terminal is grounded, a constant voltage unit (229) for supplying a voltage to the gate terminals of the load transistors (222), and a voltage retention circuit (230) to which multiple stages of sample hold circuits are connected and which stabilizes the voltage supplied to the gate terminals of the load transistors (222). |
