PURPOSE: A method for displaying a running application, a touch screen terminal, a terminal and computer-readable recording medium with a program thereof are provided to display a used application on an idle screen by generating and displaying an instance icon which indicates the instance of an operating application if there is a screen switching request command. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen(110) displays a performance screen of an operating application and a received user command in touch style. If a screen switching command is generated in the state that the operating application is displayed, a terminal control unit(260) generates an instance icon showing the operating application on an idle screen. The instance icon is a thumbnail image which reduces an executing screen in a certain rate. |
