The arrangement (20) has diaphragms (10A, 10B) movably secured relative to a housing (4) and adjustable by a swivel position with headlight low beam function and another swivel position with a high beam function. One diaphragm covers a part of light suction (5). A noise suppression unit comprises a damping element i.e. cap, made of resilient material such as rubber, expanded rubber or heavy layer film, and spaced from a pivotal axis (11). The diaphragm is arranged in one swivel position between the housing and the diaphragm that is in physical contact with the housing.
