The device has support unit that supports body of user in the vehicle seat and cushion unit (28) which performs cushioning of the support unit with cushion element (30) and support surface (32). The support unit is provided to receive the cushion unit and frame unit (36). The frame unit limits the deformation of the cushion element parallel to the support surface by the force (G) produced by the body of user. The frame unit is made of expanded polystyrene material.
