A sensor housing (7) is provided, in which the ultrasonic transducer is arranged regionally and through which the ultrasonic sensor is connected to the vehicle component (27). The component of the arrangement is partially formed from the sound absorbing material. The sound absorbing material is a colloid crystal. The vehicle component is formed in the region of membrane, so that acoustic lens for ultrasonic waves is formed.
