摘要 FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: method for aluminising by deposition from vapour phase of a hollow blade of a gas-turbine engine involves obtainment of a halogenide by means of a reaction between the halogenide and a metal donor containing aluminium; then, halogenide is transferred by carrier gas and enters into contact with the hollow blade. The latter has an air supply hole for cooling and a metal jacket connected to the hollow blade by being attached to the blade wall from the hole for arrangement of the jacket in the cavity. As metal donor, a metal jacket is used, which is pre-coated with a layer containing at least 15 wt % of aluminium.EFFECT: obtaining the coating of walls of internal cavities throughout the surface and of sufficient thickness, which protect parts against erosion and corrosion caused by components of working gases at high temperatures.13 cl, 3 dwg
