<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eco-driving system and guidance method for electric vehicles. <P>SOLUTION: An eco-driving system for electric vehicles includes; a route generation section which generates at least one candidate route drivable from a current location of an electric vehicle to a destination; an information collector section which collects real-time traffic information, weather information, and an air-conditioning load of the vehicle; an energy consumption computing section which computes energy consumption for each candidate route based on three-dimensional geographic information of each candidate route, the real-time traffic information, the weather information, and the air conditioning load of the vehicle; a driver habit recognition section which analyzes a driving pattern of a driver of the electric vehicle to recognize the driving habit; a database section which stores programs and data for eco-driving guidance; and a controller section which selects a candidate route suitable for the driver's driving habit from the plurality of candidate routes and provides guidance on the eco-driving route for the electric vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
