PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer optical information recording medium using a super resolution reproduction technology for efficiently reproducing information.

SOLUTION: Each information recording layer of an optical information recording medium 1 includes: a data area in which content is recorded; a disk information area in which medium information and the recommended reproduction light power information of all information recording layers are recorded and a test lead area for determining a reference reproduction light power, and the test lead area of each information recording layer is assigned to almost the same radius position.
