<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumption in a semiconductor device having an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array). <P>SOLUTION: In a semiconductor device 1, each of FPGAs 2-1-2-n includes configuration memory 2b storing circuit information and detects existence or non-existence of software errors in the configuration memory 2b to output an error detection result. A voltage control part 3 unfixedly supplies power source voltage to the FPGA 2-1-2-n and changes the power source voltage depending on the number of software error occurrences per a predetermined time. By this procedure, the power source at less number of soft error occurrences can be reduced, for example, and power consumption of the semiconductor device 1 can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
