摘要 A method for generating data for machining, said data being for use in an ultraprecise combined machining device (100) for producing finely machined products from material for machining, wherein the ultraprecise combined machining device is formed comprising an electromagnetic wave machining means (10) for rough-cutting the material for machining, a precise machining means (30) for precisely machining the rough-cut material for machining, and a shape measuring means (50) for measuring the shape of the material for machining during the use of the electromagnetic wave machining means (10) and the precise machining means (30), and wherein the machining data generation method is characterised by generating data for electromagnetic wave machining on the basis of dimensional shape information corresponding to the shape of the material for machining, rough-cut shape information corresponding to the shape removed from the material for machining by the electromagnetic wave machining means, and information about a plurality of sliced cut-off sections obtained by using a three-dimensional shape model of the assumed post-electromagnetic wave machining shape after a rough-cut shape has been applied to the dimensional model, and cutting off in a partial manner so as to slice the three-dimensional shape model having undergone electromagnetic wave machining.
