PURPOSE: A template manufacturing system and a template manufacturing method using the same are provided to maximize the use of a screen saver or wall paper by watching an important message on the screen saver or wall paper at anytime and giving animation. CONSTITUTION: A user database(120) collects/stores user information of a user applying through a template site and extracts customized information for a setting format from the user information to store the same. A template database(130) collects a first template for a screen saver or wall paper to store the same. A template generating server(140) extracts information about a size and a position for a second word and maps the customized information with the first template based on the information about the size and the position to generate a template.
