PURPOSE: A midnight electric power storing and generating system is provided to store midnight electric power and use the power during the day in which the amount of electric power used sharply increases, thereby stably supplying the electric power. CONSTITUTION: A midnight electric power storing and generating system includes a latching hook(402), a wire, a cam(504), a fixed hook(502), and a locking motor. The latching hook is coupled to one end of the wire. The wire is connected to an actuating weight. The cam rotates at a regular angle. The cam locks and unlocks the fixed hook. The locking motor rotates the cam. |
