FIELD: sport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical education and sport, and is intended to inform athletes during training on change the exercises, deviations from the training mode, on instructions of the coach and other information necessary in the process of training. Training of athletes with exercise equipment is carried out on the playing field or without sports equipment on sports fields and facilities equipped with controlled light dynamic illumination. Changing the illumination and the training modes is set manually or by the program apparatus complex. When setting the training mode by the program apparatus complex the coach selects the program and its level of complexity. During the training the heart rate is measured in the athletes, and its value is transmitted by radio to the program apparatus complex. Movements of the athletes are recorded by video-camera located at a predetermined height. The video image from the video-camera is transmitted to the program apparatus complex that captures the movement, changing the direction of movement of athletes, forms dynamic visual-information image, places and holds it in front of the athletes in a size and perspective convenient for visual perception, and at the optimal distance. By changing the text, symbolic and multimedia content, colors, brightness, contrast, size and frequency of flashing of visual-information image, the individual athletes are informed.EFFECT: increased accuracy of control of training athlete and possibility of changes of conditions of the training process, depending on the degree of preparedness. |
