<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a flat tablet (cleavage line tablet) having a cleavage line on the surface thereof and detect an R tablet having a round on the peripheral edge thereof, using a same optical unit. <P>SOLUTION: A tablet detection lighting device 1 includes: an optical unit 2 for illuminating a tablet T<SB POS="POST">1</SB>with light; a reflection/transmission plate 3 that reflects exit light from the optical unit 2 to illuminate the tablet T<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, passes the reflected light reflected by the tablet T<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and causes it to enter a line sensor camera 11; a diffuse transmission plate 4 that is provided between the reflection/transmission plate 3 and the tablet T<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, consists of a central portion 4a and a side portion 4b, passes the light reflected by the reflection/transmission plate 3 at the central portion 4a, diffuse-transmits the light at the side part 4b, and causes the light to illuminate the tablet T<SB POS="POST">1</SB>; and a shielding plate 5 detachably provided in a case 1A and capable of shielding the side portion 4b of the diffuse transmission plate 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
