<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a state where the display of a character or an image is not affected by crease even when a sheet having the image formed is creased. <P>SOLUTION: There are an image forming apparatus to which a post-processing device which creases the sheet having the image formed is connected. An image forming method in the image forming apparatus is characterized in that regarding image formation where the creasing is designated as post-processing, in a curved surface area formed on the sheet by the creasing processing, image processing is performed so that the image is extended in a direction crossing a longitudinal direction of the crease. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
