<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal body by which heat generation and torque increase can be suppressed, foreign matter eliminating property and lubricant holding property can be sufficiently raised even though the number of parts are reduced and the structure is simple, and exercising device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The seal body 10 screwed with a shaft body formed with a screw groove on an outer peripheral surface thereof, attached to a moving body movable in the extending direction of the shaft body by the relative rotation with the shaft body, and sealing the outer peripheral surface of the shaft body has a seal body part 11 which has an annular shape and whose inner peripheral surface 11c is slidably contacted by the outer peripheral surface of the shaft body, and a groove seal part 12 protrudingly arranged from the inner peripheral surface 11c and slidably contacted to the screw groove, and is characterized in that concave parts 15, 16 opening to the inner peripheral surface 11c are formed in both the outer surface facing in central axial directions C1, C2 of the seal body part 11 respectively, and the concave part 15 formed in one outer surface 11a facing the opposite side C1 to the moving body along the center axial direction of both the outer surfaces is opened to the outer peripheral surface of the seal body part 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
