<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform reinforcement of a column of a building of an RC frame with low costs. <P>SOLUTION: A column reinforcement structure for reinforcing a column of a building of an RC frame comprises: a plurality of small diameter through-holes 5 passing through between column surfaces 1a and 1c of a column 1; reinforcement steel wires 7 inserted into each of the plurality of through-holes 5; and fixing means 8 for fixing both ends of each reinforcement steel wire 7 to the column surfaces 1a and 1c of the column 1. When the column reinforcement structure is applied to a building such as a multiple dwelling house provided with the column with a wall 1, work of passing through a wall such as a party wall and a wing wall from an inside of a dwelling unit and separating the wall from the column 1 is unnecessary, and, accordingly, installation while a dwelling unit is being used can be performed. Use of a steel plate or the like such as a lining method is unnecessary, and, accordingly, it is unnecessary to match a position of each reinforcement steel wire 7 to a position of holes of the steel plate in order to fix both ends of each reinforcement steel wire 7 to the steel plate.
