An enclosure for devices of the type of electric power generating sets, current generators, internal combustion engines, air compressors and the like with high acoustic insulation, which comprises walls (2) which delimit an internal compartment (3) intended to contain at least one mechanical device (4) and the like. At least one of the walls (2) is composed of at least two laminas (5, 6), a first lamina (5) and a second lamina (6). The first lamina (5) and the second lamina (6) define a closed interspace (7). Inside the interspace (7) a predefined quantity, suitable to fill it completely or partially, of individual small elements (8) is provided, which allow to attenuate the transmission of sound waves through the enclosure (1). The individual elements (8) can have a different shape according to the different insulation that one wishes to obtain; in particular, they can have a granular, chip-like, fibrous or powder-like shape. |
