[Problem] The plant activator currently manufactured and sold by the applicant of the present invention contains particular nutritional components which capitalize on outstanding bioactive capacity, and has excellent nutritional value as a nutritious functional food, and in addition to high sterilization performance, is harmless to humans and animals, is hygenic and safe.
