The reflector has a reflection surface unit (5) that is provided with a substance. The electrical conductivity of the substance is changed with respect to a control signal. The substance comprises a semiconductor material, particularly silicon-germanium, germanium, arsenic, indium phosphide, where a reflecting surface unit is provided. The reflecting surface units are arranged in a planar, matrix. The reflection surface units are provided as plasma cells.
