PURPOSE: A device and a method for removing blur and ghost are provided to obtain a high resolution image by removing spatially varied blur and ghost. CONSTITUTION: An R channel restoration unit (100) removes the blur of an input R channel signal by using a blur removal kernel having a variable coefficient according to a distance and a direction from the optical center. A G channel restoration unit (200) removes a ghost of the input G channel signal. A B channel restoration unit removes the ghost of an input B channel signal. An image restoration unit (400) removes the blur and the ghost of the input RGB channel signals and outputs the restored image by the RGB channel signals.
