PURPOSE: A heat reserving system of a water pipe using the fluid pressure of waterworks and city gas is provided to nonutility-generate electric power to utilize for preventing freeze and burst by heat-reserving a water pipe and for operating an inspection unit. CONSTITUTION: A heat reserving system of a water pipe using the fluid pressure of waterworks and city gas comprises a nonutility generation power supply unit, a micom(20), and a heating unit(30). The nonutility generation power supply unit comprises an impeller(11), a generator(12), a rectifier(13), and a storage battery(14). The micom comprises an inspection unit, a control unit, a memory unit, a display unit, and a communications unit. The nonutility generation power supply unit comprises a plurality of flow acceleration devices(17) for jet-spraying to maximize generation capacities by improving the operation power of the impeller. Electrical energy from the nonutility generation power supply unit is supplied to a digital inspection unit(26) and the communications unit as power source.
