PURPOSE: A method and a device for setting a navigation destination using an internet search engine are provided to reduce time required for setting a destination and to search the destination more accurately. CONSTITUTION: A method for setting a navigation destination comprises: a step(S210) of providing internet search results to a display unit; a step(S215) of acquiring information selected by a user among the search results; a step(S220) of transmitting the acquired information to an external remote center; a step(S255) of setting a destination based on the information received from the center corresponding to the acquired information; and a step(S270) of activating a route guide function.
