PURPOSE: A construction material and waste drop speed control device and a method are provided to remarkably reduce the time and costs by rapidly processing the construction material and wastes with small human resources. CONSTITUTION: A construction material and waste drop speed control device(100) comprises a pipe unit(110), a pipe support unit(120), a frame unit(130), a drop unit(140), a high pressure pumping unit(170), a high pressure hose unit(180), a high pressure spray unit(190), and a collection unit(170). The high pressure pumping unit receives liquid from the outside and converts the liquid into the high pressure liquid using vacuum and high pressure. The high pressure hose unit is arranged on an outer surface of the pipe unit and transfers the high pressure liquid. The high pressure spray unit sprays the high pressure liquid. The high pressure spray unit comprises a spray nozzle member and a high pressure hose support member. |
