<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telecommunication system and a telecommunication method capable of minimizing the interruption or delay in data packet communication. <P>SOLUTION: A telecommunication system includes a packet wireless network containing a core network and a wireless network that communicate internet packets to and from a mobile node. The core network and the wireless network communicate the internet packets on the basis of a current routing structure and so on established according to the mobile node location. The mobile node generates a PDP startup request containing a service level identifier that represents priority with regard to an internet packet received from another mobile node on the basis of a packet connection procedure to establish a communication bearer, and communicates the internet packet to the core network. The core network establishes the communication bearer on the basis of the PDP startup request, and adapts the current routing structure and so on after the relocation of the mobile node according to the relative priority on the basis of the service level identifier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
