<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active control suspension device of an automobile. <P>SOLUTION: An active control suspension device includes: a guide rail disposed in a rail placing part inserted from an upper part of a lower arm downward at regular intervals; a slider that is set up slidably on the guide rail; a stabilizer link of which one end is coupled with the slider; a push rod of which one end is coupled with the slider; and an active roll control unit including an actuator in which an operation rod that operate back and forth movement couples with the push rod.
