<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an article storage space under a top plate while securing a space to accommodate user's lower limbs under the top plate. <P>SOLUTION: Furniture with top plate includes a plurality of top plates 1 and a leg 3 attachable to and detachable from the top plate 1, wherein the leg has a first leg element 31 supporting a side edge of the top plate 1 from below and extending from a first use edge 1a side in the depth direction, and a second leg element 32 extending from an anti-use edge of the first leg element 31 in the width direction.
