<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a rotor core by which the thickness dimension of a laminate can be uniformly maintained even if a plurality of fastening members are provided. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a rotor core 30 includes the steps of pressurizing a laminate 16 so as to make it smaller than a fastening length L3 of a fastening member 66 by pressurizing means as shown in (b), mounting the fastening member 66 to the pressurized laminate 16 as shown in (c), and generating axial force in the fastening member 66 by releasing pressure applied by the pressurizing means to restore the laminate 16 as shown in (d). The laminate 16 is pressurized so as to be smaller than the fastening length L3 of the fastening member 66 and restored by releasing pressure to generate the axial force in the fastening member 66, thereby the thickness dimension of the laminate 16 can be uniformly maintained, even if a plurality of the fastening members 66 are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
