<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head which reduces a wall of a non-drive region where a drive signal is applied, reduces power consumption, and has fewer temperature change. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid ejection head 1 includes: an actuator substrate 2 which has on a first surface M1 a channel 5 comprising grooves 4 sandwiched with walls 3, a recess 7 where one end of a plurality of channels 5 is opened, and an electrode terminal 6 transmitting the drive signal for driving the channels 5; a cover plate 8 having a liquid supply chamber 9 facing the recess 7, exposing the electrode terminal 6, and is connected to the first surface M1 to cover the openings of the plurality of grooves 4; and a nozzle plate 10 having nozzles 11 and connected to the actuator substrate 2 to make the nozzles 11 to communicate with the channels 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
