A high crystal mullite-cordierite high temperature industrial ceramic and manufacturing method thereof, the raw material comprising 40-80 parts by weight of main crystal phase material and 20-60 parts by weight of combined compound matrix material, and a proper amount of compound microcrystal nucleating agent; the baking process comprises a two stage constant temperature firing process and a two stage process for reinforcing treatment by a compound crystallization synthesis reaction.
