<p>The device (10) has a high voltage measurement circuit (14) comprising charged resistors (RD1-RDn, RU1-RUn) to reduce a high voltage signal received by the circuit, into a suitable voltage signal, which is to be provided to an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) (12) to measure high voltages (VM1-VMn) in a normal operation mode. A control device (20) supplies a calibrated voltage to the resistors in a calibration mode, and computes a resistance value of the resistors based on the supply of the calibrated voltage to the resistors to determine whether the resistors are in a charged state. An independent claim is also included for a method for determination of integrity of an electrical device in a vehicle.</p> |
