<p>Provided is a vehicle air-conditioning device in which, in contrast to normal air conditioning, the flow speed of air that passes through a first ventilation area (41a) of an evaporator (41) during concentrated air conditioning of a driver seat (68) is greater than the flow speed of air that passes through a second ventilation area (41b) of the evaporator (41). During concentrated air conditioning, a correction value is added to a target evaporator temperature (TEO), a higher corrected target temperature (TEOK) is calculated, and the temperature (TE) detected by an evaporator temperature sensor (74) is controlled so as to match the higher corrected target temperature (TEOK).
