PURPOSE: An intelligent information providing system, a method, and a recording medium are provided to supply information and intent when a specific event is generated. CONSTITUTION: An intent management unit stores and manages intent by receiving registration of the intent from a user terminal(S110). A personal information providing device receives alarm setting information from the user terminal and stores the same in an alarm setting database for each user(S120). An event monitoring unit senses whether or not an event signal is generated by relating alarm setting which is set by a user(S130). The event monitoring unit extracts intent for the sensed event signal(S140). Information related to the intent is displayed in the user terminal as a memo type(S150).
