<p>A corrugated board production line comprises two paperboard working areas (10), a covering paper and base paper frame (20), a gluing machine (30) and a double-side machine (40). Each paperboard working area (10) comprises two base paper frames (11) and a single corrugating machine (12). Covering paper (111) and core paper (112) are jointed after respectively preheated by an upper electric heating device (50) and a lower electric heating device (50) in the single corrugating machine (12) to form a single corrugation (13); each single corrugation (13) is glued after being preheated by an electric heating device (50) nearby the gluing machine (30), and the glued covering paper (21) is preheated by an electric heating device (50) before a hot plate section (41) of the double-side machine (40), and enters the hot plate section (41)together with two single corrugations (13), and the preheated covering paper (21) and the two single corrugations (13) are jointed to form a paperboard. According to the corrugated board production line, the electric heating devices serve as preheating components, and a preheating cylinder and a steam system are removed; and therefore, not only energy resource is saved, but also the cost is reduced.</p> |
