METHOD FOR RECOVERING METAL ZINC FROM MATERIAL CONTAINING ZINC

PURPOSE: A recovery method for dezincing from a zinc contained material is provided to secure the durability of dezincing equipment by controlling the pressure in an evaporating chamber during the evaporation of zinc. CONSTITUTION: A recovery method for dezincing from a zinc contained material includes an evaporating chamber(3), a zinc recovery pipe(11), and a zinc recovery chamber(13). The evaporating chamber includes a heating element(4) for melting and vaporing metal zinc by heating a zinc contained steel material(7) which is included in the evaporating chamber. The zinc recovery pipe discharges the zinc, which is vaporized in the evaporating chamber, from the evaporating chamber. The zinc recovery chamber is connected to the evaporating chamber by the zinc recovery pipe, and recovers the vapor zinc to the metal zinc by receiving the vaporized zinc. The evaporating chamber includes a door(6) enabling to open and close in the top thereof. The zinc recovery system supplies the non-oxidative gas to the evaporation chamber by opening the top door.
