PURPOSE: A backing apparatus is provided to offer non-salty and steamed food flavor without directly connecting meat to the backing layer. CONSTITUTION: A baking apparatus includes a container(1), and a salt layer(2) and a precious stone layer(3). The container is close to a heater. The salt layer is close to the container. The precious stone layer is laminated on the top of the salt layer. The precious stone layer is close to meat. The precious stone layer is formed between foodstuff and the salt layer. An opening is formed in the precious stone layer. |
