PURPOSE: A gravure roll inspecting device is provided to progress various inspections inspecting the pattern processing extent of a gravure roll or an align mark position selectively or together. CONSTITUTION: A gravure roll inspecting device is composed of a body(100), a pair of roll grippers(120), an inspection camera(140), an X-axis moving bed(130), and a camera connecting unit(150). A pair of roll grippers is arranged in the body by being spaced from each other. Patterns in which a resist is spread or a plurality of align marks are formed on the external surface of a gravure roll(110). The gravure roll is gripped by the roll gripper to be rotated. The inspection camera is arranged in the body by being spaced from the roll gripper, thereby photographing the patterns or the align marks of the gravure roll. The X-axis moving bed is arranged in the body, thereby moving on the body along the X-axis direction which is a longitudinal direction of the gravure roll. The camera connecting unit is composed of a first Y-axis micro-actuation unit(151) and a first Z-axis micro-actuation unit(152). |
