WATERPROOF CONNECTOR AND ASSEMBLING METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A waterproof connector and an assembly method thereof are provided to simply assemble a waterproof seal in a predetermined position by forming a ring shape stopper in a wire insertion hole of a connector housing. CONSTITUTION: A housing(10) is engaged with a device or the other connector through a front face. A cylindrical shape of wire insertion holes for insertion of a wire(13) is formed in the rear face of the housing. The wire insertion holes are arranged in two or more rows. A stopper(15) is protruded from an inner wall of the wire insertion hole. The stopper guides a waterproof seal(12) inserted into the wire insertion hole to be fixed in a predetermined position within the wire insertion hole.
