PURPOSE: A scroll expander power generating system using a heat source of biofuel is provided to generate electricity by separating a primary cycle circulating water and a secondary cycle using organic coolant as working fluid, thereby obtaining an operating condition good for generating power. CONSTITUTION: A scroll expander power generating system using a heat source of biofuel(100)comprises a boiler(200), a pressure tank(300), a heat exchanger(400), a first pump(500), a scroll expander(600), a condenser(700), a surge tank(800), and a second pump(900). The boiler heats primary working fluid at high temperature by using a heat source of the biofuel. The pressure tank is charged with the primary working fluid heated by the boiler. The heat exchanger performs a heat exchange between the primary working fluid circulating high-temperature and high-pressure tank and the secondary working fluid. The scroll expander converts the heat energy of the secondary working fluid heat exchanged by the heat exchanger into the power for a shaft(1a) of a power generator(1). The surge tank is charged with the cooled secondary working fluid has passed through the condenser. The second pump forcibly inserts the secondary working fluid of the surge tank into the heat exchanger.
