PURPOSE: A blocked temporary rainwater storage space manufactured from a mixture of clay block crushed stone and recycled aggregate such as pea gravel, rubble, and broken stone and an environmentally-friendly construction method for a permeable bottom structure using the same are provided to prevent ground subsidence and overflow or stagnation of rainwater on the road by temporarily storing rainwater and naturally draining the rainwater in heavy rain. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly construction method for a blocked temporary rainwater storage space comprises the steps of: arranging a rubble or sand layer(20) and a non-woven or woven fabric sheet(40) for loss prevention of a layer under a water permeable block(10), setting a temporary rainwater storage space(30) using clay block crushed stone and recycled aggregate such as pea gravel, rubble, and broken stone under the rubble or sand layer, and arranging another rubble or sand layer and another non-woven or woven fabric sheet for loss prevention of a layer under the temporary rainwater storage space. |
