<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary liquid container that has a structure for preventing the container from being opened fraudulently, and is opened by a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: The easy-to-open plastic container consists of: a container body; an inner stopper nozzle; and an over-cap. The inner stopper nozzle has a sealing member firmly fixed to the opening in the body of the container and integrally molded so as to be continuous with a thin wall part. The sealing member has a fitting projection. The over-cap includes: a fraudulent opening prevention band that prevents detachment of the over-cap; and a sealing member fitting portion that fits on the fitting projection. By moving the over-cap downward after removing the fraudulent opening prevention band, the sealing member is pressed by the over-cap and separated from the thin wall part, thereby opening the container.
