The element (6) has a cylindrically formed section (62) attached to a circumferential line of a circular contour of the element. The cylindrical section is extended transverse to a surface in an axial direction, where the surface is spanned by the circular contour. A flexible tongue (66) fixes the element on a rotor during sliding of the element on a rotor body. The tongue is radially inwardly aligned at a discharge opening (63) of the element. Engaging elements axially project from a radially extending section (61) in a direction of the cylindrical section. An independent claim is also included for a rotor.
