摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing fine copper powder using a liquid phase reduction method is provided to easily control the particle size of copper powder and to obtain mono-modal copper powder because hydrazine monohydrate is continuously supplied drop by drop with a dropwise method. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing fine copper powder comprises a reaction vessel(110), a reducing agent supplying unit(120), a heater(150), and a control unit(160). The reaction vessel stores CuO(Copper Oxide) slurry and Cu powder is generated on seed particles by the reduction of the CuO of the CuO slurry. The reducing agent supplying unit supplies reducing agent to the reaction vessel. The heater keeps the internal temperature of the reaction vessel. The control unit controls the operation of the reducing agent supplying unit and the heater. Palladium is contained to the CuO slurry as the seed particles for generating and growing the copper powder.
