PURPOSE: A locking device for a bicycle is provided to facilitate portability and storage by being detachably installed in a wheel of the bicycle. CONSTITUTION: A locking device for a bicycle comprises a fixed member(3), a movable member(5), a locking unit, and a locking rod(10). The fixed member is fixed on a wheel of the bicycle. The movable member has a space part partially opened and receives the fixed member. The locking unit fixes and releases the movable member to and from the fixed member. The locking rod is positioned inside the space part of the movable member to lock and release the rotation of the wheel.
