LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to pattern a pixel electrode and a common electrode with nano unit, to polarize light by using a patterning process, and to align liquid crystal. CONSTITUTION: An array substrate(1) includes a pixel region(8) and a reflective region(9). A gate line(31) intersects with a data line(41) on the array substrate, and defines the pixel region. A thin film transistor(50) is electrically connected to the gate line and the data line. A pixel electrode(3) is electrically connected to a drain electrode(51) of the thin film transistor. The pixel electrode is patterned with nano unit to polarize light and align liquid crystal.
