PURPOSE: A conductive paste is provided to improve conductivity of an electrode, to reduce contact resistance with a lower film, to prevent deterioration of a passivation layer, and to improve efficiency of a device. CONSTITUTION: A conductive paste comprises a conductive powder(10); a metallic glass(20); metal nanoparticles having a lower surface melting point than the glass transition temperature of the metal glass; and an organic vehicle(40). The metallic glass has a glass transition temperature of 600 °C or less. The metallic nanoparticle has a surface melting point of 400 or less. A solar cell comprises a semiconductor substrate; and an electrode which is connected to the semiconductor substrate, and formed by using the conductive paste.
