<p>PURPOSE: A hybrid air conditioning system is provided to reduce energy consumption and to increase a comfort index with respect to a room where the air conditioning system is installed. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid air conditioning system comprises an indoor unit(10), a ventilation duct(40), an air supply duct(50), a master controller, and a mechanical chamber(20). The indoor unit is connected to the air supply duct and the ventilation duct, performs the outdoor ventilation with respect to the air supplied form the ventilation duct and an outdoor air supply with respect to the air received from the air supply duct. The ventilation duct performs indoor ventilation with respect to the indoor air through the indoor unit from each room. The ventilation duct is formed into a structure that electric diffusers per each room are connected in the lower part of the ventilation duct. The air supply duct performs indoor air supply with respect to the outdoor air through the indoor unit to each room.
