PURPOSE: A razor cartridge and a razor using the same are provided to prevent a shave from disturbing and to obtain softness to skin by adding specific pressure to the skin by movement of a guard. CONSTITUTION: A razor cartridge comprises a housing(110), a guard unit(120), and a guard unit accommodating unit. An empty space is formed in the housing to mount a razor blade. The guard unit pulls skin and arranges whiskers by being formed in the front of the housing. The guard unit accommodating unit accommodates the guard unit in the front of the housing. The guard unit is movably connected to the guard unit accommodating unit and can move independently with the housing when shaving.
