MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE ORGANIC FERTILIZER

PURPOSE: A production method of organic fertilizer is provided to reduce stench by putting in probiotics in which organic acid is used during an excrement agitation process or a fermentation process, and to facilitate the formation of the fertilizer through a hot air dehydration process and a cooling dehydration process. CONSTITUTION: A production method of organic fertilizer includes the following steps; agitation and pulverization of excrements are performed in a storage tank(S1); deodorization is performed spraying probiotics, which used an organic acid, onto the pulverized excrements(S1-1); the deodorized excrements are mixed and pulverized with the supplementary raw material(S2); the mixed excrements pass through a heat exchanging apparatus and the mixed excrements are heated(S3); the heated excrement mixture is agitated and fermented in a fermentation tank(S4); moisture in the fermented excrements are controlled by drying through a hot air dehydration process, and a cooling dehydration process(S5); and the moisture adjusted excrements are molded in a form of fertilizer(S6). The probiotics in which an organic acid diluted with water is added with 0.01-0.03 weight % of the total weight of the excrements.
